Miniature Dim Sum Lover

When talking  about dim sum, what comes  first in your mind? for me , is 烧卖 （siew mai) , I don't really like to eat dim sum very much but I love to make this tiny little miniature food with clay. Look at the one below.

I arranged them nicely on my handmade wooden tray. I have made two altogether , one is at PS for sale and the other is my sample for my intermediate class students.
