In many cultures, people turn to rice porridge when they are not feeling well. But to me, even when I am healthy, I also eat porridge / congee for my meal, especially with lots of youtiao , braised peanuts , minced pork and with pidan (century egg) . Below shows my handmade miniature porridge with all my favourite food inside.
Miniature porridge: with century egg and normal egg.
