Sushi and Sashimi are always the popular miniature dishes learned during the miniature lessons. I think it is easy to make for beginners .
My handmade miniature Sashimi & Sushi
A same mini plate but with more miniature sushi on top means the size of the sushi is smaller.
You may think that this miniature clay sushi is just a small piece of clay and will finish making very fast, for most of the beginners , it takes about 1.5 to 2 hrs to finish the 4 types of sushi showed in the photo.
