Miniature Breads

I like to use different types of clay to handcraft my miniature food and figurines. Sometimes I use oven bake clay, sometimes I use resin clay and soft clay. Different types of clay give you different outlook and texture. Below are some of the examples.

My handmade miniature flower bouquet

This is recently done : my handmade miniature flower bouquet. To me, I think making a miniature flower is much more difficult than miniature food. This handmade miniature Lily flower looks quite sweet and pretty. There are still room for improvement . I will try to make it even better.

Miniature Sliced Cakes

I like cake , I like desserts especially sweet desserts, because of this I like to handmade miniature cake using clay, not for eating , just for looking. Below shown some of my handcrafted miniature cakes and tarts.

Below are my live size food accessories. They all made of clay so is very lasting. Ang ku kueh and Kueh tutu are the most common food accessories .

Miniature Figurines : Doll

These are some of my recently handmade mini dolls, you can use it as a magnet, key chain or whatever you can think of..  the materials is air dry clay,. I like o use air dry clay as they can dry in the air ! No oven needed.

I combined 3 of my handmade miniature dolls/wawa and make them into another form of displaying ornament. 

My handmade little mini doll for all occasions. 

You can mix and match to form the design you want. This is another type of air dry clay, it looks too!

The mini doll's height  is about 3-5 cm, 

Live Size Ice Cream Cone

These Ice cream cone is not real and you can keep it forever and ever because they won't melt. I handmade these ice cream for request and I promised them to make these because I like ice cream very much!

These are the Live size fake ice cream cone I promised to make for them. 

Yummy yummy, although they are fake but I really like it as to me, they look like real ice cream. 

Miniature Set Meal

Recently, I handmade a miniature table , then I handcrafted some Singapore miniature set meal, this include: nasi lemak, bake ku teh, ayam penyet , chicken rice, chicken briyaniy, Janpanese bento and KFC set meal. These are all my favourite set meal. All the set meal included rice except the kfc set meal.

On the right hand corner of the table is the miniature chicken briyani, I used yellow 

colour clay to make the rice because the rice is cooked with the yellow ginger powder so the real rice is yellow and with some onion , cucumber and a chicken drumstick. 

This mini table is with a Japanese bento Set on it.

Miniature Popiah

Popiah parties are popular in Singapore and I like it so much. But if you can make a fake popiah and keep it forever ... or as a gift / present to someone who like it, isn't very unique and special? Come and learn this miniature popiah at Kinsminiature workshop located in 24 pagoda Street.

Mini Table with Dishes

Happy Mothers Day!
If you wish to host  a dinner party for family or friends and you cannot cook well,  you can try this: hosting a party using your handmade miniature food , this is just for Fun!  These food cannot be eaten , they are made of Clay. Below shown my handmade miniature morning breakfast dishes.

My handmade miniature fake food: morning breakfast series: half boiled egg, toasted bread,  roti prata, bao, dim sum , mee , coffee and a plate of sushi 

You can buy this table set if you don't have time to make one for yourself. 

The price of the table and chair depends on the material too.

Mini mini minced meat noodles

These are about 50 cents coin mini minced meat mee /noodles.  They are not real , made of Clay and you can keep for years .... I made them into different sizes for different occasions. Beside minced meat, I also made fish ball noodles and mee pok.

The ingredients include sliced of fish cake, lettuce  minced meat, fish ball, meat ball, chili, spring onion and a little bit of mushroom.  

My morning breakfast : a bowl of minced meat mee and a cup of kopi O. 

Miniature Local Kueh Kueh

I like kueh so much may be is because they are very colourful and in a nice shape.  Below photos shown the miniature fake singapore local snack and kuehs that I have crafted recently. My handmade miniature /mini fake singapore local kuehs and dim sim , the kuehs are: ang ku kueh, peng kueh, ondeh ondneh, layer kueh, tutu kueh , kueh dadar etc. The dim sum I have made are siew mian, bao and also bazhang and curry puff.

My handmade miniature /mini fake singapore local kuehs and dim sim , the kuehs are: ang ku kueh, peng kueh, ondeh ondneh, layer kueh, tutu kueh etc. 

The dim sum I have made are siew mian, bao and also bazhang and curry puff. 

These kuehs look pretty and nice on a flatten basket. Because all are handmade one by one , that's why the kueh will not look actually the same, they are similar and unique
