Miniature pastries
In my basic miniature food making course, you will learn how to make the filling of food eg the cream , peanuts etc. Use the technic that you have learned, try to do somthing like above.
Those who already learned miniature pastries & breads, now you can do something special, like cellphone chains or key chains . That will be the one and only one in the world..... your master piece!

Miniature durian
To make the thorn of a miniature durian is very simple but to make them evenly .... you need a pair of good scissors and more practice. Below is the best I can do for the durians. As requested : the miniature handmade dim sum container with baos and huat kueh and a plate of durians.
I have made the fresh big because I love durian so much.
