Miniature Set Meal

The mini metal tray is really small and cute, so when I put all my handmade miniature food on top, they really look like real! Below are my recently handmade miniature set meals: chwee kueh, chee cheong fun, fish ball noddles, kong ba bao, dim sum, nonya kuehs, chicken drumstick, kaya toast set and coffee and tea.

Miniature set meal: inside the mini bento box are the char siew, roasted meat etc. with chee cheong fun and bao. 

Miniature set meal: Dim sum siew mian + bao and nonya kuehs, all the kuehs are handmade without using any mould.

Miniature Set Meal

Recently, I handmade a miniature table , then I handcrafted some Singapore miniature set meal, this include: nasi lemak, bake ku teh, ayam penyet , chicken rice, chicken briyaniy, Janpanese bento and KFC set meal. These are all my favourite set meal. All the set meal included rice except the kfc set meal.

On the right hand corner of the table is the miniature chicken briyani, I used yellow 

colour clay to make the rice because the rice is cooked with the yellow ginger powder so the real rice is yellow and with some onion , cucumber and a chicken drumstick.

Miniature Set Meal with Abalone

Just did this one last week, my new menu of my miniature set meal.  This miniature set meal include a plate of 2 abalone with broccoli, white rice, a plate of miniature chicken chop with tomato and a cup of coffee. Sound good!

Mini Chicken Rice Bendo

Tomorrow (5th April)  is Qing Ming Festival. Remember to bring some offerings to your ancestors.

I love this mini bento very much because it is very cute. I bought the empty bendo box which is made of plastic( I forgot where I bought it and it is so small that I forgot where I kept and I just found it recently!)
 I handmade the mini chicken rice and placed them inside the box, it looks really good and cute.
PS: you can also make your own bendo box with hard paper but you really need a lot of patience as the box is very small.

Miniature afternoon tea

From the miniature tray , cake, double layer plate, cup , coffee  kiwi, cherry etc are all handmade by Lisan and Eileen. these are their 2nd piece of miniature . Aren"t they look delicious? They did very well!

Miniature Chicken rice set

I love chicken rice very much especially with roasted boneless breast meat. I know many of you do not like breast meat , I love it beacause I am lazy to take out all the bones.

All the items that  you see in this blog are for sales too. But some of them are custom-made and I only make 1 for each item .Once it sold I will make another one similar if I have time.

Set meals

When I was studying in Japanese 20years ago, I was amazed by the Japanese food especially those come in set. eg afternood tea-time set, lunch set, dinner set, the meal not only look nice but also very expensive. All the time I just looked at the fake food instead of buying. So now I decided to make my own set too.... hope you like it .
