Do you still remember Little Pricess Pearl? Here comes her bridegroom

His pants is a bit messy ,when I finished I find that he is shorter than  the bride so I extend his pants but come up like this.

The happy couple.

Miniature bride

Here comes my miniature bride and she is only 5.5cm tall, I named her little Pricess Pearl, isn't she beautiful?

This  mini doll is made for my recently handmade dollhouse, and I need a  couple  to match it. I  tried to draw those fancy and sparkling eyes (those eyes in Japanese comic book) for her, and it looks good.  Her bridegroom is coming on the way soon!

Little Prices Pearl

The following are some of the steps to follow:
First, make the body and a head.
I like to draw eyes (expression) first before I start other things.

Then put on the clothes and hands. (oh! my bow-ta bride)

Then make the hair style and accessories if you like.

Back

The last step is to varnish the doll. (this one not yet done) wait till everything dries up.

(Sorry for my messy table ( the background) I didn't shift to another place and take photo as I have to be fast or not my clay will dry up )

miniature ba zang (粽子)

Although Ba zang festival (端午节)is already over but in Singapore you can eat ba zang anytime .I love nonya zang. What about you ?

When making miniature ba zang , try to make a small one as the smaller it is, the cuter it is. (but a bit difficult to wrap)

Handmade mini DS container

I have tried very hard to make these dim sum containers. The method of making these containers is easy but to stick them together is a promble, you need to have patient and a correct type of glue. if you just need 1 or 2 , my advice is just buy the ready made container. I have shown a few ways of making dim sum containers, you can use the simplest type if you really want to make one for yourself.

Above dim sum containers are made with bamboo.

These DS containers are much simple made with paper and bamboo.

Above DS container made with clay ,the simplest way to made.
