Recently I have made this miniature pig trotter (滷猪脚）and Kong Ba Bao (控肉包）together with white rice. It is a delicious dish when you eat the kong ba bao with hot buns and the crisp lettuce.
I myself like to eat the pig trotter with white rice together with the black sauce and 鲁蛋。
