Tomorrow is 元宵节 ， is also known as the Lantern Festival, it is fall on the 15th of the first month on the lunar calendar.and I am going to eat Yusheng to celebrate so I made this miniature yusheng for everyone to 捞起.

Depends on the size of plate, you can choose you own ingredients, salmon of course must be added, to make it more colourful, red carrots is also a must.
