I have made miniature Singapore local food such as: kaya toast, curry puff, nasi lemak, prawn mee, fishball noodles, minced meat noodles, fried hokkien mee, wan tan mee, yong tau foo, Hor fun, nonya kueh, popiah, mee siam, mee rebus, chwee kueh, nasi briyani, rojak, laksa, fish head curry, char kway teow, bak kut teh, satay, chicken rice, chilli crab and roti prata ; for local desserts I made ice kachang, chendol, bubur cha cha , tau suan tau huay, and pulot hitam before. I love Singapore food as they are so unique and delicious, so I make them into smaller/miniature size so I can keep them forever!
